Welcome To History on CD-ROM The U.S. intelligence departments produced hundreds of different RESTRICTED, CONFIDENTIAL, and SECRET recognition and technical manuals during World War II.   Since 2000 we have digitized our collection of these documents and made them available on CD-ROM. Nothing can slow the advance of technology, and it has moved forward significantly since 1999 when we first came up with the concept for History on CD-ROM. It has become obvious that producing and selling declassified military manuals on CD-ROMs is no longer a viable business model. We are exploring current technology options to determine if we can outline a business model that will allow us to sell the digitized manuals via some media other than CD-ROM.
